Your Role
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you play a vital role in creating a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for every guest. You will ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas meet Dellshire’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and sanitation.
This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, and enjoy contributing to exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do

Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, lobbies, hallways, lounges, restrooms, stairways, and back-of-house areas

Make beds, replace linens, restock towels, and replenish guest amenities

Sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize, and polish floors and furniture

Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces

Remove used linens, amenities, and trash and transport items to designated areas

Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets daily

Follow deep-cleaning and seasonal opening/closing procedures

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests

Report missing items, maintenance issues, and safety concerns to supervisors

Handle Lost & Found items according to resort standards

Comply with all safety, security, and sanitation policies

Perform additional duties as assigned
Who You Are

No prior experience required—training provided
-
Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Basic English communication skills preferred
